i've ben getting that recently i thought it was an extra fun covid side effectI haven't read this thread, can you elaborate on that and I'll try and imagine what it might be like if I had any real experience to draw on...
The reason I ask you to elaborate is cos, lately, sometimes I've been in the flat on my own and high and I keep thinking I see things out of the corner of my eye... like, weird very fast movements. You think it's the cat but then you realise that the cat is in the other room or the movement is across the ceiling or whatever. But It's quite a crude, physical thing I'mt talking about here. No sense of a presence or spirit or anything like that... or, if there is a spirit with a presence, it's a very small, simple one. It's not some powerfully brooding wise being, maybe a little goblin mucking around.
And the Spoon-size Boys steal the dollhouse toys when the cat by the fire is curled
Then away they floats in their eggshell boats down the drains to the underground world

Yes, I constantly talk to myself in my head. Although the monologue is 50% words and 50% images and feelings and just my mind “getting it” on its own because it’s too much effort to find the right words for what I mean to say. It’s not really the same talking as talking out loud@woops @Corpsey @craner @coin DO YOU HAVE AN INNER MONLOGUE @snav @bunnyhausen @Clinamenic @gremino @entertainment
There's a distinction to be made between conscious and deliberate dialogue, which I do, and a unspooling monologue you can't turn off and exists almost independently of youYes, I constantly talk to myself in my head. I do have a constant stream of dialogue but it’s deliberate, I suppose I could probably stop it if I wanted to. But I don’t have that background noise monologue that you're talking aboutThere's a distinction to be made between conscious and deliberate dialogue, which I do, and a unspooling monologue you can't turn off and exists almost independently of you
