It's absolutely a relief. Constant vigilance is exhausting, particularly when it's something you can't guard against in any case. The most neurotically careful, paranoid people I know ended up getting it same as everyone else.
The only thing that threw me was ending my isolation period and wanting to celebrate in some way but I didn't know how. So I would recommend not celebrating it, just get on with life.
