Don't think there was a thread on those yet, I'll post a few interesting ones I have stumbled upon lately!

@IdleRich perhaps you can recognise this one - my brother and his wife are on their way to a holiday and got stuck in Lisbon for a way longer time than initially planned.

Dunno about the night... I think the name Discos Capablanca rings a bell somewhere in my brain. And Arroz Studios I know of course, we booked it to put Lena Willikens on when she played on of her two gigs in Lisbon for Invisible Sounds. I can't remember if I mentioned that.
Looks as though Liza and Lena will team up again in fact, as a Salon des Amateurs Generations night or some sort of ceremonial passing of the baton type thing. Whatever, Lena gonna play at Salon for the first time in three years with LIzatron as support, October the 1st, you heard it here first (they agreed on it about an hour ago) and you should book your tickets now cos it is gonna be amazing.

I did make a thread for this a while ago but the title was just flyers

So this one is probably a better one tbh of maybe they could be combined with your title
kind of assumed it must have popped up at some point, but I couldn't find it!

they're all online now obviously rather than actually being flyers, but this aesthetic (although this one is an extreme example) is everywhere in the indie, house, techno or generally white and DIY-ish worlds in nyc at the moment.
i hate it, i find it really offputting, which is maybe the point

Very surprising how that kind of posters can still pass, I think being in a big city cuts some of people's self awareness, it's often a similar deal here in London. People feel like they don't need to push themselves, while sometimes they really could benefit from some effort.

Ive been assuming it must be a deliberate aesthetic
