This fine young lad from worcestershire should be proud of his achievement. Like I said, I will never actually listen to it, but that shouldn't detract from the fact that he is this generations Vaughan Williams.
I'm confused about HS being taken seriously as an artist cos I see that he is in various music publications (FWIW) and I don't know if this is a 'serious' opinion about him or if he's got a very persuasive PR team.
His voice doesn't seem particularly interesting. The way he dresses is the most interesting thing about him. (Notionally, at least.
Saying that I do find that 'as it was' song very catchy. Pop stars at his level have access to some very talented producers/musicians/songwriters, after all.
