The Big H cult following/fanboyism was always puzzling to me.

And yeah, the grime/trap thing has been going a long time. I remember Rick Ross instrumentals being played on Logan's show in 2006.

Well, I can't say anything bad about Terminator. He's so good, I even tolerate post-biting Skepta & Shizzle Scorcher around him, so he must be incredible.

Corpsey

bandz ahoy
he is a godly weirdo

I think when Ghetto and Scorcher and Devlin etc came into grime it seems like they made it more about spitting fast technical bars whereas before it was more individual style/catchphrases etc. I am probably talking shit cos I don't really know about grime but I'm guessing that's why a lot of people don't like them?

Talking about hip hop in grime, I always liked Jammer's battlefield riddim alot. Kano's probably best but all of these are good.

He got dropped because he wasnt interested in soccer apparently. Started playing lower league. To think, if he was a prem club. He can ball a bit

that terror danjah and riko tune is brilliant and maybe my favourite grime instrumental of the last few months. am i the only one who finds his recent (as in post-comeback) tracks nowhere near as good as the older stuff? its like all the bite has gone.

He's a bit TOO focused on low-end it seems. He does these really... cheap, basslines. I don't mean cheap as if they sound poor, but rather, they're really dumb "Yeh, dance along to that" melodies, and if anything, Terror's known for placing really great choppy melodies on TOP of his records. His obsession with finally making 'dance' material is holding him back IMO. That's why I love Bi-Polar the most out of his comeback material.

yeah i think hes obsessed with proving that he isnt 'just some grime producer' and also seems like he really wants to show that hes upbeat whereas all the old tracks were good cos there was a certain intensity to them.
