Strasserism is "national socialism" in the original sense, in that it was nationalistic (and anti-Semitic) as well as socialistic (although it stopped short of actual Marxism, I think). It was the ideology of Ernst Rohm and the Sturmabteilung ("brownshirts"). The left wing of the Nazi party, basically. They fell out with the right wing of the party because Hitler and his faction realised they obviously needed Germany's bankers (the non-Jewish ones, anyway) and industrialists onside in order to rearm Germany and take over the world. So Rohm's faction were all arrested and killed in a purge a year after the party took absolute control of the country.whats that say?
