It's a weird experience because you can buy more or less everything that's being exhibited – at least, you can if you're wealthy enough to drop thousands of pounds (or
hundreds of thousands of pounds) on a painting. So I spent a good portion of the time scanning the crowd resentfully for the rich.
It's also total overload because there's over 1000 artworks crammed into seven or eight rooms.
Unsurprisingly, I gravitated to the more conservative stuff that depicted landscape in a fairly realistic way. Especially Norman Ackroyd:

But like I said, I couldn't even trust my own reactions. Certainly, nothing there particularly blew me away.
