I de lost a lot of waist band recently cos of doing 10000 steps regular with the dog, but beer belly is in evidence no doubt

you walk that much regularly? impressive. I walked almost 12,000 today, almost six miles, and I think I'm going to sleep for about 18 hours.

I've always had a lot of stamina for walking though despite hating every other form of exercise

20,000 steps regularly is pretty amazing, @woops, kudos. probably why you can drink so much beer, need to replenish.

I have decent stamina while walking, can go three hours straight without a break. I feel tired if I stop along the way, best to just keep gping.

10-12,000 is usually my high (have gone longer), but then again I'm an old geezer. I'd like to see all you young'uns do it when you reach my age!

We need to get @Corpsey to put one of them step-meter things on his right wrist. THEN we'll see some impressive numbers!

Yesterday I had some local ale which was very hoppy, then 2 delicious wainwrights, then another 2 in two different pubs I can't remember.

At that moment my friend offered me a double solpadeine and I took it, but it made me feel funny, so in the next place, I had to push my pint to one side and go and get a full pint of coke and some nuts, which made me feel better.

I then had a shot of a Jamaican tonic wine called "wagwan" and an ice cold lidl stout before bed.

Just now I've had a pint of veltins served in an ice cold glass.
