Was anyone else a little surprised to find out that Mickey B from Top Buzz is the same Mickey B that was 1/3rd of the Dreem Team? More evidence of the continuity of personnel in the nuum genres I guess, but still, it's a bit of change of style eh?
Mad P def has to be the best old-skool MC. I realised the other day he has line he uses every now and then about 'touching the monocles'. Lol wut?! :D

Memory flash.

Mad P‘s vocal incantations were a weird addition to hardcore sets. “You want you want that buzzzz, Top Buzzzz”, plus countless others adding an air of pure surrealism In an ocean of generics.

Joe Peng, Mad P and Ribbs(z?) stood out and still do today. Less is more.

in terms of 91-mid 93 hardcore definitely. when things get more ragga jungle centric though you do really want navigator, fivo and flinty badman battling it out.
