the man is super prolific.

noah mentions he had a hand in fallout (of the morning after fame), and surprise surprise it was right under my nose on the influences cd credits. what a lovely tune.

another cherished (due to personal experience, it's really quite fucked up) tune of his is an acid track called visons of torment, which took me some 10 years to associate to something real as it was written in tape cuneiform (something like vision of tremens). well it was mr dee as the chosen, again with musto.

at this stage i wouldn't be surprised if he made half the tunes i heard at raves and so on. bring out your gems

With Frankie Bones:
Original Gangsters Of Freestyle - You Gotta Release (The Hoe)
esp. Dino B from Brooklyn's mix
Looney Tunes - Vols. 1 & 2

With Tommy Musto:
J,U.Ice - It's Just A Groove
Fallout - Don't You Wanna Rock

With Ralphie Dee:
Major Problems - The Effects Can Last Forever
Major Problems - City Under Siege

Oh yeah I forgot Fucking Hostile!
On that tip, English Muffin - Blood Of An English Muffin as well.
and the newer gabber stuff is good for a quick adrenalin rush.

mms - bones breaks 1 is just frankie bones and his sampler, no lenny dee involvement.

but hopefully after todd and lenny we are gonna end up with seperate threads for frankie bones, tommy musto, ray ray laurie, ralphie dee, victor simonelli, anthony acid, how & little, joey beltram, rheji & ronald burrell, lb bad, etc etc

There's a nice lenny dee/neophyte gabber one with a vocal that goes "clap your hands if you want to die!"
then the claps come in
genius

has anyone heard the lenny dee mix of confusion by new order?

Here is some footage of him DJing at a party in Bognor Regis (my fackin hometown) back in the early 90s sometime. He plays that Ice T-sampling track. Sick, takes me back... although I think by this stage I was more into garage/Chi house, but still, you can't beat dem hoovers. Some good middle parting/waistcoat kinda combos in the crowd too:

anyone like Loftgroover?
