Guinness red

Oh, a 'post match pint', eh?

I dislike all these permutated beers - Kronenbourg Blanc, Artois Bock, Carling Rock, C2 (not that any of those beers are that nice to begin with).

I'm going to have a pint of Guiness at lunchtime.

Who wants a "light" Guinness anyway? What a load of cobblers.

It's meant to like a loaf of bread in a glass, FFS. I'll have one when I'm hungry and my pub dinner hasn't come yet.

People who show off about needing a refreshing beverage really annoy me for some reason.

Still, there's always Nigerian Export Guinness.

NOW you're talking, that stuff's brilliant.

Normal Guinness is just a second-rate smoothflow stout anyway, you're much better off with something like O'Hanlons or Dark Star, if you can find it.

And this whole 'extra cold' malarky can just fuck off - who decided beer has to be so cold it hurts your teeth? In some bars it's all they have now. Idiocy.

Do you all get Negra Modelo over there? If so you should try it, I personally love it. It's not a stout but it's full-bodied and bitter...

there are no accidents
Negra M is nice.

i will drink beer at any temperature. provided its a good one of course. a bit warmer even brings out the flavor more.

ive tried many German and the superior Bavarian beers since ive been here, but guinness remains my favorite. and very strange that i have not seen it in a single bar or liquor store... will mark another reason to go to england in the note book

might have to be soon eh? why they going broke??? how can something so tasty possibly go belly up?

EDIT - nevermind just saw the article

they should also get that nigerian stuff sorted out, that stuff is probably very bad for you though, it is like really nice tasting poison,.

Guinness probably is the Coca-cola of stouts but I love it all the same. I've tried others but they taste like weird old man drinks to me.

Dark Star is magic, but I thought it was a red ale, rather than a stout?

They do loads of different beer styles, so they may well have a red ale too, but they also do a great stout. In fact they do an espresso stout - brewed with real espresso coffee beans!

Have you had oyster stout? Crazy stuff...(yes, it's brewed with real oysters: sounds , tastes :D.)
