in the UK, no one drank coffee, certainly not proper coffe until maybe 15 years ago. amazing how it's caught hold. vice like grip nowadays.

I love coffee but drink only one cup per day, with breakfast. even with that little daily caffeine consumption, I feel like an alien if I don't have it. kind of zoned out, foggy, digestion knocked out of whack.
