i'm speechless. this sounds like a Daily Show segment:

T
he public relations campaign Mr. Steele has planned is going to be “off the hook,” he told the Washington Times in an interview published on Thursday.

“We want to convey that the modern-day G.O.P. looks like the conservative party that stands on principles,” Mr. Steele said. “But we want to apply them to urban-suburban hip-hop settings.”

And Mr. Steele, isn’t leaving anyone out, including, he joked, “one-armed midgets.”

Self Inflicted

Rush Limbaugh invites Pres Obama to fly on his plane , to come and 'debate' on Rush' show.
This follows Steele's apology to 'Rush'.
And the great Bobby Jindahl 'rebuttal' to Obama's speech the other night.

Another Rush: But aaah, the very name 'Rush' - isn't that the name of the money /credit card that Russell Simmons is pushing on his TV ads lately ? the 'Rush Card' ?
;)

There is also the Meghan McCain vs. Anne Coulter sideshow...

Entertaining to watch the GOP tear itself apart... If they want to rebuild, they are going to have to turn to Frum, and cut Limbaugh off at the knees. They have nowhere to go from their current base, which offers limited possibilities for launching a mass coalition.

I think that the sad truth is very few people on the American right can recognise that fact. Frum is getting a lot of stick for being rational and forward thinking from political flat-earthers who would rather be irrelevant than challenge their pre-conceived ideas about what conservatism entails.

Oh Beck ?
He got all red faced flustered , bothered and mad last fall - popular in some markets.
Little too animated.
Could go in the Nature forum's new thread 'pigeons that act like magpies'
