Yeah I'm pretty nice however you should know that despite my login I'm male. I work in an arts centre, tidy, pay bills on time and have deposit plus month's rent in advance no problem. Where you located?

Near London Fields/Broadway Market (ie Hackney) - I think I'm going to ask for about £620 a month which will be rent plus council tax plus bills all in.

Second moveflat - you will get to see some really nice places, and quickly. Gumtree can be ok. Easyroommate doesn't have the volume of moveflat, but there are some very nice places on that.

I haven't ever heard of anyone using any other sites with much success, tbh....

If you're going south, then I personally recommend Brixton and Streatham Hill, both for living and for the massive availability of shared houses.
