Tai Djin

"Tai Djin was born in China in 1849. He was born unique, afflicted with hypertrichosis. Unlike Jo-Jo, who would be born a few decades later, Tai Djin was born into a highly superstitious family. As A result they saw his affliction as the work of demons and he was left in the forest to die.

A Shaolin monk traveling through the forest discovered the child and took him back to the Fukien Shaolin Temple. There Tai Djin was raised by the monks.

He was trained in martial arts and it quickly became apparent that he was exceptional in both appearance and ability. The boy must have been a sight practicing kung-fu with his face covered in fine fur. He quickly became a favorite of many of the Shaolin masters and, as a result, each master passed their knowledge on to Tai Djin.

He was a sponge and mastered every technique shown to him. He became the first to master over 200 different empty hand systems and over 140 weapon systems. His various specialties included the infamous Chi Ma, or ‘Death Touch’. After several years of extensive training he became the first Grandmaster of Shaolin and one of the first to master all skills of the seven Shaolin temples."

i want to write a film based on this man's life. it would be sort of freaky yet at the same time demand to be taken seriously. it would follow the standard format of birth-death. not sure if i should include a sex scene, that may be too much.

I reckon someone should make a film about General Butt Naked

Blahyi got his nickname — General Butt Naked — from his nakedness, supposedly demanded by the Devil. He claimed to a South African Star reporter that he "met Satan regularly and talked to him" and that from the age of 11 to 25 he took part in monthly human sacrifices (Ellis 268). In his account of a typical battle Blahyi claimed, "So, before leading my troops into battle, we would get drunk and drugged up, sacrifice a local teenager, drink their blood, then strip down to our shoes and go into battle wearing colourful wigs and carrying dainty purses we'd looted from civilians. We'd slaughter anyone we saw, chop their heads off and use them as soccer balls. We were nude, fearless, drunk and homicidal. We killed hundreds of people — so many I lost count."[11] Blahyi also purported that during that period he had "magical powers that made him invisible" and a "special power" to capture a town singlehandedly, then call in his troops afterwards to "clean up".

It would definitely need a gay monastery sex scene. I actually saw a documentary about this condition once, they had a bunch of kids in India with it who they were studying for the genetic marker associated with hypertrichrosis... in India the local superstition was that these kids were reincarnated monkey gods and that it would be evil to give them electrolysis or laser hair removal. But the parents of the kids were more into the medical approach and allowed them to be studied.
