Excellent mixtape. The biggest complaint I have against grime mix cd's is that sometimes there seems to be so little bass... not in this case ! Flowdan, Tommygunz, Breeze and of course Wiley stand out. Not so fond of Scratchy but I know a few heads who rate him highly. Once again, thank you !

Wouldn't silence, and nodding one's head, be the best form of appreciation ? It seems as if something terrible is being done to grime at the moment, a desecration of sorts.

Very good point. This is something that struck me when I first came in contact with grime. From what I can gather, the further a track is located from hip-hop, the more it is " synthetic " ( meaning that soft synths were used for the bassline, leads, etc. ). This might just be a false induction...
