    Used to sit between Jesus and Abba in the pantheon, but hasn't aged as well as either (being dead doesn't help i suppose, though Jesus does OK) Seriously it used to be Elvis movies on TV, Elvis toys in woolworths (next to Evil Kenivil), Elvis impersonators like Cliff and Shakey coining it up...
