we used to have an elderly neighbour (like 85+), audrey, and she used to knock on our door with her washing line pole, to scab a fag or see if we would go to the shop for her. she used to have them on the sly cos her children used to go mad at her. and when we got a landline installed, she got our number and used to ring us at all hours to get fags.

The guy below us is always after fags - he always comes out of his flat and says "Senor Richard cigarinho?" All he does is walk round the village stopping at the cafes for a drink and smoking but he's like a constant cigarette tax cos he seems to be everywhere.
