Sorry for the digression but for any audio related work, best I can recommend is getting a second hand mac.Although you linked my remix, I take it that you mean the original version, and not the "dub" remix I just made
I'm about to throw this computer out the window - too old and slow to be making these remixes especially when I listen back and hear a couple of glitches in the recording (not like terrible, but noticeable if you're paying attention).
I remember working on a 2006 laptop well between 2012-2014 and things were really fine. as long as you're not trying to run the newest ableton on it, the audio drivers on macos are actually a part of the system, which is not the case with windows computers, and you can really tell with the optimisation.
They are written extremely and well, James McCartney who basically invented SuperCollider was even a part of the team working on CoreAudio during his time at Apple.
Alternatively get a 100usd thinkpad and you'll be good too, though windows is trash and setting up audio drivers on linux can be tough.
