To get out of the house/flat?

I keep thinking I should go somewhere to read and draw, cos I'm not getting that done in my flat with the giant TV etc.

But where? Could sit in a pub and drink a 0% pint to keep my faculties intact, I suppose?

when it's warm enough i go to a park and just read and sleep there. now, what i was wondering, why isn't there an indoor place that could serve that exact same purpose? why aren't there free, public spaces where you can just hang around and do your thing? i guess a library would be closest to that what i describe. do you have any libraries around your place corpse?
