I think it's more to do with data admin!

Anyway, numbnut journalists are misinterpreting that figure across the board.

People's reactions also show how stupid they are: the death rate suddenly doubles and it doesn't raise any suspicions.

Have to query that. There’s a lot of fatigue and more than a smidgeon of suspicion. However, if you’re an adult it’s your civic responsibility to reduce transmission until the vaccine roll out starts to push back the r-rate.

After that, we can look at a full inquiry into the current govt’s response during the earliest stages, when facts were ignored and Bojob went awol re-Sage and Cobra meetings. If we’re really lucky, 100 years from now a hammer of guilty verdicts will rain down on a collective of cunts who’ll already be long dead. Hillsborough only took 30 years, a quick turnaround.......

In the fullness of time, we'll realise that:

- We were never in a position to attempt zero Covid
- The government ignored SAGE in plunging into a universal lockdown
- The lockdowns will have repercussions lasting decades

Oh, look, the EU has caught up with Sweden; guess Sweden was right about lockdown kicking the can down the road:

Went to a couple of pharmacies in town..."What should one use on having Covid symptoms?"

Pharmacist A: "Same as you do for flu, multivitamins, vitamin D"
Pharmacist B: "Paracetamol" (lol)

Lady in Holland and Barrett: "Vit C, D, zinc, elderberries, quercetin"

= H&B closer to the forefront of the research.

Meanwhile Eastern Europe finds something that works pretty well: https://trialsitenews.com/macedonia...-of-the-drug-spreads-in-the-balkan-peninsula/

This is irrelevant to your nonsensical statement that restrictions are being introduced or tightened because the public is demanding it. The government is doing what SAGE is telling them they should do - weeks after the advice is given, often, but they are the source.

Now you can argue that this advice is bad, whatever - but that's completely different from this fantasy picture you're conjuring of a timid, terrified public petitioning the government for ever-more-stringent restrictions or for a general lockdown, which as far as I can tell, comes solely from your self-image as the country's only very stable genius among millions of sheeple and wimps.

The government shunt areas into a higher tier _as the indicators peak_ - this is verifiable and we're being conned (well apart from this stable genius).

They test the water for any policy change by dangling it through the press before proceeding in the way most politically expedient.

Well hang on, is the government controlling the public or is public opinion controlling the government?

You're back to this Klein bottle type argument that you were using back in the spring.

Well if the government is so easily swayed by a petition signed by 120,000 people, then just think what over 6,000,000 people could achieve!
