Maybe it's been the same couple of stories developing, but I keep seeing articles on India trying to assassinate Sikh separatists on foreign soil. I think there's been a successful attempt in Canada and an unsuccessful one in the US.

There is a strong tradition of assassination in Indian history isn't there, they fucking love it. Would like to see stats on politicians being assassinated since, say, 2000; I guarantee India would be right up the top.
I did try and read a Foreign Affairs article about all this a while back but it got a bit boring and I didn't finish it.
