Well since it's moving to Sundays now the penultimate Friday might as well be a Bachanallian orgy involving me, a hastily concealed bottle of Stella, sixteen tubs of butter and the USB socket to Grand's laptop.

I always cackle during breakdowns, particularly those protracted 30 year long ones involving my mental stability.

any chance someone could re-up those big apple mixes (skream, benga, plasticman)??

tried searching but failed miserably..

safe safe.

could you also look like a 50 year old french crackhead woman who cackles like a hyena during the breakdowns? that's a fave too...

(out to everyone who's seen this woman at Plastic People...)

OMG I'm pretty certain that this same woman convinced my ex-girlfriend to come over to her house to check out her art at DMZ (her house is round the corner from Mass). She did, said it was pretty good, that her house was really nice, but the woman was a bit, well, mental, unsurprisingly.

Must be the same, I can't imagine there'd be many 50 year old cracked out french chicks who frequent dubstep parties.

FWD was good, Kode was the highlight for me. Mala played something which sounded like a Coki thing, bit spongebobby but much more restrained... sort of like spongebob crossed with shattered maybe. Anyway, that was sick.

Youngsta 2005 set depressing me currently- will it ever be as raw as 'Monsoon RMX' again?

Heatwave were alot at FWD.

Disrupt were also alot.

Dancehall and harder reggae sounds really really good in that little space. I think it is a good look for FWD and would applaud its continuation. We need a 2hr 'Grime in the Dancehall' style set there eh...

anyone heard 2562 "aerial"? as good as the singles?

its quite good, but I think it had potential to be better. It's very narrow in terms of style and sound, although seeing as he's got different monikers for his different flavours (Dogdaze, AMUS), then perhaps that shouldn't be a surprise.

Some older stuff on the CD version too - Kameleon, Channel Two and Moog Dub (old dubplate) which surprised me a bit. Dunno the TL for the vinyl.

Basically, whilst it's very nice to listen to, and Basin Dub & Greyscale are great, but I don't think it quite lives up to his well-deserved reputation.

^^ moog dub's brilliant though and deserves to be released. it's on the vinyl but the old singles aren't.

Rams was very good at fwd on Friday (caught 90% of his set before I had to leave).

As were dusk and blackdown - props for dropping that mental Starkey tune!

Hold tight the glow stick crew down the front still (lol)

I'm not usually the spamming type, but I know i've sent some tunes to people on here before and they've expressed approval. So, I thought i'd just say that I've got a couple of new bits on the myspace, Hare Cut and Out You Go.

The Myspace.

Thanks in advance for listening, any comments or criticisms are welcome. Sorry for the spam.
