I dunno though, this has probably done more for Zomby's public awareness than it has for Reark's. His next thing is going to get slightly more attention as a result of this, controversy is a good publicity angle really.
What's the comeback for something like this i wonder, has any unknown producer had some of his work lifted by a bigger artist and then gone on to create something successful afterwards?
I am struggling to think of any examples, A Guy Called Gerald supposedly having his work uncredited on 'Pacific State' is not quite the same, but the closest i can think of off the top of my head.

Timbaland completely stole a piece of Commodore 64 music by a Finnish unknown for a track on a Nelly Furtado album, and freely admits to it, too. The poor Finnish dude hadn't the funds to pursue it legally. When interviewed about it, Timbo gave this eye-poppingly cuntish quote:
