This shay and sinista tune is pretty ravey too, clear signs of garage/'nuum heritage coming through (not that this stuff 'needs' that)
How was AudioRehab? Wish I could have reached it for my birthday but my friends are all quite sceptical about this stuff/Ministry.

yeah i'd heard it before on his Rinse show and really liked it.
I thought his set kind of tailed off a bit after the first brace of bangers.
Went out for a smoke and didn't go back in The Box till Martin Ikin's set
How was the rest of Radford's set?
Will go into more detail on the night tomorrow, still a bit knackered tonight

Mixing isn't amazing but really like the selection and energy in places. Reminds me a bit of that Aaron Vybe & Perch set but doesn't seem like the tunes are sped up too much.
Got me thinking about how some DJs from a Garage / Grime background who have now got into House aren't all drawing for Dirty Channels / ketamine style beats. Some DJs like Lance Morgan / Majesty and them lot (who are) seem like they want to fit themselves more into the existing House scene (career / professional). People like Mick Nawty and Aaron Vybe appear to be continuing to do what they were already (pirate style) but now with House.

Chatted to Shay & Sinista in quite a bit of depth, as they are from the Midlands they speak a bit about the jackin/house & bass and deep/tech divide which is interesting
