It's cos they're all cunts - anyone would hate any of them.Farage and Cummings apparently hate each other too. It's interesting to see these splits on the right.

These people are so dumb that they are actually annoyed that the guy who lied to them and stole all their money has been arrested.re: the bannon story, a comment on the NYT story:
My guess is that it's some inadequate guy in his mum's basement... how do they know that something is an "official" Q release? Is there some signifier or something? How does anyone know it's not been coopted? So who do we reckon is actually behind QAnon, then? Someone in the Trump campaign? Putin?
It's basically another Cthulhu Mythos at this point. How does anyone know it's not been coopted?
It's amusing and encouraging to see these shits at each other's throats, but it's also disappointing how infrequently it actually prevents them from working together, or at least, they don't often actually interfere with the overall goals of the right-wing project. Look at the lack of meaningful Republican opposition to Trump. Or over here, George Osborne may have precious little love for Boris Johnson, but he doesn't hate him enough to do anything that might seriously harm the Tories' chances in a general election. Whereas Labour's been in a state of virtual civil war for years, and some of the more extreme voices on either side would probably genuinely prefer unending Torydom to a Labour government dominated by the opposite faction.Farage and Cummings apparently hate each other too. It's interesting to see these splits on the right.
Dunno, but I like the idea of a QAnon-canon. Like, "that's not QAnonical."Are you gonna get fans of the canon saying Q has betrayed its origins like Lucas did with Star Wars?
That's very perceptive - this is exactly the sort of home-brewed mythology that HPL loved and was so involved in (co-)creating. I mean, there are people who really think the Necrononomicon is a genuine ancient book, so why not? It's basically another Cthulhu Mythos at this point.
Mick Taylor.doesn't look too upset coming out of the courthouse, complete with trademark dual-shirts.

The flipside of this is that a lot of white conservatives in the USA see no distinction between liberalism, socialism and even Marxism, so the spectacle of corporations falling over themselves to appear woke (be it ever so tokenistic or even hypocritical - a fast food chain that disproportionately employs black workers at minimum wage and in shitty conditions tweeting in support of BLM, let's say) is feeding into a general discontent with corporations and with capitalism generally, which under other circumstances would be leading people towards the left. And the right-wing populists are extremely adept at taking advantage of this, which is why you have a billionaire property baron for a president who, without a trace of irony, constantly rails against "the elite".A lot of knots to untie here, but it feels the D&G, horseshoe-theory far-left-unto-vague-right transition might not remain taboo if capitalism becomes more palatable to liberals, and I think it will become more palatable to them if this Biden/Harris ticket actually pays off and gains steam. Especially if the left here can win back a bulk of the working class, which it seemed to make a good case for (Biden facetiming with the firefighter, car factory worker, etc, plus how non-boujy he is).
