one thing about both corpsey drill and uk drill have in common is how relentlessly bleak and punishing they are. quite miserable and obviously violent music. even road rap had little jokes and bits that broke the gloom a bit. do we think this is a new extreme in how rough rap can get? i heard quality lad jeremy gilbert say something about this yesterday and it rings true to me
