Bit trite and wishy-washy in places, but enjoyed this last night. Like watching Pharrell talking to his guru on a yoga retreat. Cool to hear him talking about hearing Strafe, Kraftwerk, Grandmaster Flash etc as a kid. Watching dealers pull up with Set It Off playing in the car and thinking of it as a music video. I didn't follow the Blurred Lines case at the time, so that was interesting too. Having listened to the Marvin Gaye thing, I can't see how they lost. Also agreed with what he was saying about not really making things, being more of an antenna picking up transmissions.
