this reads a bit like a post by @IslaMujeresWhen we moved here gf kept getting stomach pains. She noticed that they disappeared when she went back to uk and when she visited France so she suspected it was the water. She started buying bottled water and they cleared up but it really sticks in the craw buying something every day that comes out of the tap for free, plus all that plastic... so we bought a filter and it is much cheaper etc and the pains didn't come back or anything. I still drink tap water all the time though, seems fine to me.
lisa's nemesis is a reservoir? or a big dam? When we went away for my birthday we stayed at a town called... I forget the name, anyway, we went to the huge dam at Castelo de Bode which creates a huge reservoir that feeds Lisbon. Liza kept calling it her nemesis as she believes that there lies the source of all her problems.
Our friend went camping there in summer, apparently there are millonis of crayfish there that aren't supposed to be... an invasive species basically. At night if you turn a light on it attracts them and you can catch as many as you like and cook them. Sounds like fun.
Whichever is ultimately responsible for the water quality in Lisbon.lisa's nemesis is a reservoir? or a big dam?
Bought her TWO water filters.shouldn't you have gallantly promised to dynamite the dam or drain the reservoir?
