I do still think there is something to be said for this, however figuratively. But lately I’ve been seeing it as an approach that simply isn’t sustainable in terms of mental health and in terms of social impressions made, I.e not only that one is frustrated and suffering the stress damage thereof, but also appears frustrated and simply isn’t fun to be around.
