There are so many fans of this song. And we are probably divided into two groups - the slows (this version) and the fasts (chart version). All depends on what version you heard first. I'll sit on the fence and say both versions are brilliant because they are. But I have to admit I'm a slow !!!

I,v gotten to know the person who inspired this song. He was shot three times, shot at more than that. Knifed twice, buried alive, hung by the neck, glassed, poisoned, hit by a couple of cars, beat up and left for dead, tortured among other things. Ran into burning building. He told me this only to ask and this is a direct quote " why do people ask how many I'v killed instead of asking how many people I,v saved".
