I had a pedro ximinez today which I way preferred to the oloroso which was frankly a bit too weird. I loved the sweet one. I asked the Spanish girl and she said its pronounced chiminez. It's a kind of ch sound.

It's not really a ch sound, it's more like a raspy H.

I've come down with a rotten cold so I've loaded up on ibuprofen and a couple of glasses of that oloroso, feeling pleasantly warm and fuzzy now
