Now that this thread is about flowers (as it always was, I don't care what they say) I must say that I was walking around some gardens with my parents the other day and I realised I was genuinely quite interested in the flowers and plants

I took it as a sign of age
do you have any flowers and plants in your flat?

Its in Queens but I thought it looked a bit UKish but I guess not lol
to me it does as well! identical low-rise dwellings built in rows after another and made of small red brickworks. i think it looks charming but i guess the quality is probably quite poor. have you ever been inside in one of these houses?

No, and it was sort of anomalous for that area from what I could tell. The surrounding streets were lined with gorgeous duplex brownstones and brick townhouses. I myself live in a shoddy apartment, I do bet they look decent inside, old hardwood floors etc
