^^ thanks, I knew Id heard it before. Any release plans for this one?

I kind of enjoyed Cooly's set that night although some of it was just generic "circle" stuff...Oneman, who played afterwards, actually dropped more funky tunes than she did; Pull It (instrumental :mad:), Siegalizer, Get Low, Seasons (Cheese & Bun got a rewind), maybe a couple more. Still left me unimpressed with the way he was switching nuum and post-nuum genres too fast, killing the flow. Probably the weakest 1man set I've witnessed.

Cooly G's not really a Funky DJ though is she, last time I saw her I dont' think she played any. Great Deep/Techy House set though.

Yeah Oneman chops & changes way too quick, makes me feel sea sick, wish he still did those drawn out mixes

Like this one - to me it sounds a lot like Mr Tickle - Don't Get Lemon, so much so that I half-wonder if Mr Tickle is an alias for one of the two of them?

Very much enjoying Reel Free on this - some of you may remember it as the one with the 'PUUULLLL UUUPPPP' sample that Marcus was playing a bit towards the end of last year. It's def a spacey, zone-out kind of a tune, but you need a few of those in a set I think, or at the very least they can work well.
Stomps is quite good too.

Not been able to get on the board much lately so have lots of bits I want to post in this thread today, allow me. :slanted:

That mr solo remix is nice, overlooked it on the preview. Murdz 86 remix has always been the favourite though, those piano riffs just take it to another level. Gonna get the razzlerman as well, maybe the dlux if I feel like paying money for what is pretty much standard deep house (but good standard deep house :D)

Beatport, traxsource & juno have catted all my wages this month. My wages either all go to discogs or online digital retailers, oddly enough switching from either all vinyl or all digitial from month to month.

Def gonna cop that how does it feel EP when i get home, anywhere got it cheaper than b/port though Andy?

Think it was continuum who posted Raindrops by Major Notes a few pages back - this is from his forthcoming EP Ashanti Jewels, you can listen to a 15-minute preview of the full thing here:
The production style on this is perhaps a little dry in places, but it still has lots of good moments. Vagabond is a pretty cool tune I reckon.
Major has also updated his website so you can buy his back catalog there, including old belters like Holy Ghost, How Low and Junglebook that were a bit tricky to get hold of before. Much recommended:

^ Yes Eastwood! Big show. Been wanting to get an ID for Jook 10 - Hazard for aaaages now. It's a stomper :D . Liking Moodz by Matt IQ and his version of Big Fun as well. Nice one for including the info about where to buy/download things, hadn't realized Spiralling was out alreading, will grab that.

Oh and Bush Man by LR is sick as well.
