is this the worst album ever made?

Then don't be such a reactionary old man and try to take some small pleasure in music. You seem incapable of doing that these days. Ever since like 2020 or so you've just rubbished and shit talked everything. I don't care for massive attack, shit on it all you like, but this is getting tiresome.
i like sha ek.

There is.

Lowrell - Mellow, Mellow.

Not to be that guy but most journalists only later found out about the sample sources used in that album. Which is why I call it dull.

Although Blissblogger prefers Safe from Harm compared to the Billy Cobum original, which is incomprehensible to me. Brit soul has never really been all that with a few exceptions.

check it at 5:16. You don't get that muscular convergence with the little stoner bit massive attack sampled.

never mind the weed, here is the bollocks!

Tommy Bolin on guitar.

Leo is proof that despite Britishers being veracious diggers, on average their taste is far less disciplined, uncompromising, interesting and demarcated (like slabs of granit) than Americans from all walks of life. Brits have this kind of punk vs anti-punk hivemind and that's it. Salutes big man.

Wonder if it's because I was into music before punk happened, so the foundations were already laid.

This was also a bit fortuitous: my older brother was buying records before I did, was into jazz and fusion, and I actually grew up with him playing that Billy Cobham album. That's how I discovered Bolin, and even bought his first solo album "Teaser" when I was in high school.
