Actually had that conversation in reality the other day with a friend. We went dancing and he'd been umming and ahhing about whether or not to come along but in the end he did. And later in the night, we're all having fun etc, maybe a bit tipsy, I said to him "Yeah, so I'm glad you came out" and he started off with this "Well yeah man, it was difficult I mean, my parents are religious and so that was hard but I felt that I owed it to my mum and..."
I think I mentioned that before in fact. If so apologies. It did make me laugh though.
