There's a whole bunch of shit on Altar's Best of 2021 list (Altar is Spotify's "alternative dance music" playlist) that I've never heard of.

Basically the whole list, actually/obviously, starting with a song by Fred Again/Blessed Madonna that has 84 MILLION plays.

But here's an oddity I thought Dissensus might be interested in – a song that samples "Circles" by Adam F and has 82 MILLION plays on Spotify.

And she's got another song called "Pain" which samples "Flowers" by SFA with 122 million plays.
