I wonder about this.
Who is into it? People with sisters and who are curious? People such as me with no sisters for whom I guess it is relatively harmless snd fantastic?
Is it cos do many divorces and remarriages have created an enormous number of stepsisters? Though that's not real incest.
Maybe it's just cheap, in that they can just recycle any film and say the actors are related and - bam - it's a weird fetish thing.

The cultural leverage of Game Of Thrones throughout the 2010s (which we all barely remember now, since the sheer awfulness of the last season has had an effect similar to the memory-wipe devices used by the Men In Black over the show as a whole) can't be overstated here, I think.

Has anyone ever written any porn (sorry "erotica")? It is one thing that I could never do I reckon... well, let me clarify, I guess I could something out to order if required, but having an authentic stab at something that I myself considered erotic would be too revealing. I can't imagine letting people know about that part of me... and particularly airing it in public where it could potentially be ridiculed. Imagine that, spilling out your dirtiest darkest fantasies and seeing people convulsed with laughter. Isn't that why that Alain de Botton thing is so horrific? We feel what it would be like if we had produced that nonsense, how embarrassed we would be and it makes us die inside.
