Wow, this is gorgeous. The combination of epic synth washes and wailing, echoey '80 RAWK guitar reminds me very much of the Bladerunner soundtrack.
Some of the synth sounds aren't a million miles away from the B-side of Bowie's Low, which is almost more an Eno record than it is a Bowie record. 'Wailing Wall' in particular, though I can't find it on youtube. This is great too, from the same record:
