Once again you're dealing in your own absolutes which are simply wrong. 90s may be the high watermark but until now there is still good shit getting made, which is more than can be said for most genres which peaked in the 90s.
sure, but there's good drum and bass still being made as well. it's just people don't know where to look for it. doesn't mean drum and bass has endured or whatever, you have to seriously sift the wheat from the chaf.
